This Day In History

On this day in history, Nick arrives in Marseilles and finds Melanie. He pretends to be rich so Melanie will be interested in him. While attempting to win Melanie over, Nick receives a call from Steph in jail. He’s informed that Mel is a con-artist. Nick tricks Melanie into coming with him to the police station. Mel is shocked to find out Nick is friends with Max & Stephanie.

On this day back in 2010, Melanie, Philip, Daniel & Chloe are celebrating Chloe’s birthday. Later, Carly calls and asks Melanie and asks how the birthday party went. Melanie says that it got cut short, and that Chloe was hormonal, but Daniel was so excited. Melanie asks Carly if she is okay- that she sounds kind of stressed. Carly says she is just waiting for some test results for a patient, and is just worried about her patient. Melanie says that it is hard not to get close to patients. Philip walks up, and Melanie says, “Philip’s here, I gotta go Mom! I‘ll talk to you later!” Carly hangs up, but is smiling as she repeats “Mom.” Philip is distracted, and says that his conference call was a breeze. He says he has one more thing to do, and then his problems will be over. He reminds Melanie that he loves her, and leaves again. Back at home, Melanie logs into her computer. She is on St. Mary’s website. She finishes whatever she was doing, and says “That’s that.”

This Day In History

On this day back in 2010, Stephanie has a dream that Mel finds out that Chloe's baby is Philip's and not Daniel's and she runs to Nathan for comfort. At Maggie's, Mel wants to make breakfast for Philip but he wants to go to Chicago instead. Mel tells Philip that they are supposed to go over to Daniel's, Philip tries to talk her out of it but the two end up going anyway.

This Day In History

On this day back in 2008, Max explains that he & Melanie share the same biological father, Trent Robbins. He explains he was adopted as a child by the Brady’s, which is why she never knew about him. Max explains that he is not on good terms with Trent, and he came to France specifically to find Melanie. Melanie accepts Max’s explanation, and is introduced to his girlfriend, Stephanie Johnson. Melanie is excited to find out her brother is a semi-celebrity race car driver, but does not hit it off at all with Stephanie. Police arrive at the restaurant and escort Melanie to the police station.
